Hey there,
We have a 3CX 15.5 instance that has expired maintenance and our perpetual license cannot be renewed.
We have ordered a new perpetual license I need to apply this to the current server. From what i have read on this forum so far I will need to do the following:
Are these instructions accurate for a system that has already been running 3CX Phone System Professional Edition 15.5.5?
We also use Cisco 7945 phones in our environment and pumpkin TFTP pushes out the config to these phones from the provisioning folder. I don't think i need to worry about the TFTP server once the config from 3CX has been restored? Should i be backing up the provisioning folder before the uninstall?
Look forward to hearing from you and thanks in advanced.
Matt..

- backup of the current config, unchecking the option to backup FQDN and license
- uninstall the 3CX server.
- Download the latest 15.5 installer
- install 3CX and run through the setup wizard, apply the FQDN and license key.
- restore the config from the backup of the previous installation.
