New SBC install - cannot transfer Shared Park calls

Atlantic broadband router in bridged mode. All routing is done by the Netgear.

Lets eliminate the possibility possibility of the router first if possible.

If you have the chance, unplug it from the modem or internet access, and connect the phones and SBC directly to the different router if you have one you can use for testing. The ISP modem should not be causing any problems if it is in bridge mode I would presume.

You only need 2 phones and the SBC. They must be restarted to clear their DNS caches and to receive new IP from the router.

Then just make a call from the one to the other without PBX Delivers audio and see if it works. If it seems fine, then test your shared parking next and that should work too hopefully
