Hi all,

Don't know if it should be here or the Idea's thread but do we know when the new Yealink SIP-T30P T31 T31P and T33P be available to auto-provision and compatible with the 3CX system?

Kind Regards,
Lee Matthews

3CX will not give out any dates,

the first thing we all known if it going to be supported is when it is posted on this forum, or an update to 3cx and the devices will be listed under the changelog

No worries,

Thanks!

Nope. Every time a new phone comes out this question gets asked. The basic process is this:

- Vendor provides 3CX with phones/template/firmware.
- 3CX tests compatibility.
- If changes needs to be made, 3CX refers things back to vendor.
- Vendor makes changes and it goes back to 3CX.
- Rinse and repeat until 3CX is happy.

Yealink phones work well with 3CX and they have a good relationship so I would expect it to happen soon. But rarely, if ever, does 3CX disclose any time frames or even if it's in progress since they can't control the vendor side of things.

Brilliant, thanks for the info!
