Newbie needs help: Have a extension/number ring to two different extensions, and use distinct rings.

Thanks for the help in advance. I'm helping a client with a request, when someone calls a particular number at her office, she wants it to ring that line and two other extensions. She requested a distinct ringtone for this. Is this possible through forwarding? Let me know if you need additional info. Sorry if this is easy, our normal phone guy is having medical complications, and I would like to leave him alone.

You could set up a new Queue and have IP phones that support the ability to have custom ringtones per queue. Have a look at the default queue ringtones in this document, but note below the limitations per model https://www.3cx.com/docs/ip-phone-configuration/#h.m59mkslz1zwz

Add the extensions you desire in the queue. The Queue can have a DID set on it (the particular number at her office you mentioned) and once created, navigate to the extensions that are apart of the queue, under Phone Provisioning select the IP phones in question, scroll down to the Custom Queue Ringtones section and select the tone.
