Hello all,
I am not fully capable of understanding everything I did or didn't do. I recently installed my 3cx v15 on my raspi 4. I ran the setup wizard and linked my FQDN. I started using my management portal everything seemed great I was able to get one of two phones linked. Anyways day two I had a major network failure and had to build back my network. I can ssh my pi verify, start, and stop my services are running but when I try to access my management portal using a local address I'm getting a server error. when I try to use the Public address I get a time out connection refused. I don't think I need to reinstall 3cx but any ideas on were to start looking for errors. I'm not super tech-smart so yes this could be a simple overlooked error

It is probably going to have to do with the difference between your network previously, when it was working, and how it exists now. What is different...firewall, IP addresses, port forwarding on the router?

Sadly, I think your probably right. I have gone through and set all the IPs the same as before. As far as firewall and port forwarding I went to all the setup documents and opened what is talked about in all the setup guides. I don't know if there is some default rule my USG created

So you are better off posting the port forwarding specifically and not the firewall page. Also, you mention getting a 'server error' but didn't describe what the error was. It could simply be a SSL error which is expected if you accessing it via IP. That doesn't necessarily mean anything is wrong.

Ok thanks for the heads up I Went to the port forwarding page here's a pic. Also these are the two errors I get one from the lan the other is trying to come from the FQDN. I know something is keeping Me from accessing but I really dont know what is there a way I guest to delete and reinstall my server maybe I have some files internally wrong I dont have much setup I still need to get my phones connected anyone connect a polycom 400 I downloaded the files just struggling pushing them to theo phone

Ok so there's a bunch of issues.
- Your port forwarding is wrong. You are doing ports you don't need, you are doing individual ports instead of ranges, and your port 9000 is to the wrong IP (.24 instead of .14). You should be doing 5001 TCP, 5060 Both, 5061 TCP, 5090 Both, and then 9000-10999 UDP. Example attached.
- You get to 3CX on 5001 internally, but the for some reason you are trying on 443 externally. After you put in the correct port forwarding (5001, not 443) then the external URL may work, but you'll still have the server error.

That server error is typically what happens when one of the services isn't running. You mentioned installing v15 on your Pi (I assume you mean v16). If this is a fresh install with no data you might be better off starting from scratch.
