NFR License Change?

I moved my NFR Primary server to another, but after the license was activated it dropped from 32 concurrent calls to 4! I checked in my partner portal, and it now shows 4 as well for my primary license. Was there a change in the NFR license allowance?

Well damn! Didn't realize I had lost my Bronze status, I guess I better go and sell something!

It may have transitioned 1/1 as I the evaluation is done semi-annually. Good luck!
