No audio on Deskphone (CTI) but it works on Softphone

3CX 15.5, windows 10, deskphone Yealink W52/56 3cx provisioned, MyRepublik Trunk

The softphone works fine, but when i switch to CTI it dials, connects BUT no audio at all

as said before i used the provisioning file from 3cx

How are the phones connected to the PBX? Local LAN, STUN, SBC?

Just worked it out the support from 3CX says no support for CTI
