Hi guys,

Hopefully someone can provide a bit of insight on this issue, a customer tried calling this morning 3 times in a row but the phones never actually rang on our end. The error log is attached in the image, the error ranges from (1199) to (1252).
I'm not 100% sure exactly what the error means by "for call(xxxx)" so if anyone could explain that and provide potential solutions I'd be very grateful, cheers!

Hi,

the end number is just the id of the call (try in your case), surely no more free channels available on your trunk.
You need to increase the trunk channels if this is occuring often, if no more channels it affects both ways incoming and outgoing

To elaborate on what @aws2p said. Basically you hit your trunk limit due to excessive outgoing calls. The errors indicate additional outgoing calls that were getting rejected because they would have exceeded the limit. For this same reason you couldn't receive incoming calls as well. If this was not expected your system may have been compromised.
