No company phone book on Snom 710

Hi,

I have 3CX V14 with entries in the company phone book, these are showing up in the 3CX iPhone client no problem.

I have Snom 710 phone and the only entries it has in it's Directory are the extensions on the system.

If I manually add entries to the Snom 710 Directory they disappear the next time 3CX PBX provisions.

Question:

Should the company phone book be available on the Snom 710 in it's Directory?

Hi there,
The company phonebook is published to all provisioned phones.
Note that we export only the Mobile field from the contact entries.

Therefore please verify that:
- your phone is provisioned and running latest supported firmware
- your contacts have a First Name and/or Last Name and a Mobile number.
