Hi,
I have vonage and sipgate accounts, plus a single SPA300 POTS line. 3CX version is 5.0.3790.0 running on Windows 2003
Callers on the sipgate line hear no ringtone. My phones ring internally however, and the caller ID is correctly received.
Log shows nothing wrong:
18:37:55.358 Call::Terminate :[CM503008]: Call(3): Call is terminated

nIncomingCall :[CM503001]: Call(3): Incoming call from ************@(Ln.10002@sipgate) to [sip:19@phonesystem.********.com:5060]
How can I get a ring tone for external callers?
Thanks,
Andy
