No Inbound Call posible

Hello,

my problem is that i can make calls outside but when calling from outside signaling is OK but not voice.
I have 3 Patton Gateway one is working fine. (192.168.44.31) in swiss.

I do not understand when calling from outside over the other two gateways 192.168.2.58 and 192.168.2.59 the proxymode is used with 127.0.0.1.

Could you please help me or tell me what log i have to post for help.

I was to fast on Submit:

I'am using 5.1.4128.0, IP Lokal LAN is 192.168.1.87 and IP DMZ 192.168.45.157, Firewalltest is fine.

I had the same problem but without the Patton. In my case I had to search for the problem in NAT.
And the 127.0.0.1 is not normal allthough some say it' s right and no problem.
In your case I should look for the connection between the Patton and the network / 3CX. Are all the configuration possibil. right in the patton. Is there a port which is blocked by any router or modem? Like port 5060. You have put 3CX in a DMZ, that' s nice to try but I think you should look for the problem in the Patton configur. or blocked ports.

I have still the same problem. Now i reconfigured everything 3CX only on LAN with 192.168.1.87 the Gateway is on 192.168.1.59

Outbound no problem, inbound no RTP (no Voice). I'am no shure why 3CX is going to use proxy mode and not to by pass mode. Is this a bug?

I think the problem is use of RTP:127.0.0.1 of the MediaServer

It looks like he cannot find your patton or something.
Other thing......he is not resolving stun.
Did you forward port 3478 or did you configure a right stunserver? Try another when it is well configured.
