No incoming callerID OAD

Hi,

I have a 3cx system (version 9) with a beronet BF1E1 card in it.

When calling from the ISDN to SIP, I am not getting the callerID (OAD) in 3cx or when I look at the active calls in the Beronet config page.

What I seem to get in 3cx and on my phones is the string configured in beronet under SIP -> CLIR on SIP

Any one got any ideas why?

Are you certain that it is being sent?
Being ISDN the CID is a digital signal sent when the incoming call set-up is first sent from the provider, it shouldn't be a "timing" issue as it can be with analogue. It is either not being sent, or a configuration error in the ISDN gateway.

Just to tie up the and finish this thread -

Yes BT had disabled CLIP on our account for some reason!
