No incoming calls. dials but no voice

Sorry guys had to abandon my last thread as i got rid of V16 on windows and went back to linux. The system installed no issues. also incoming worked, then had to play around with outgoing calls, had my linux guru fix the routing as it's a 2 nic box. but now all of a sudden i cant dial in, no dial tone, nothing, does not even register in call logs. outgoing works but the there is no audio. firechecker is all green, trunks are up. not sure what to look for. any help would be good.

I this case, best to run a capture and call your DID from your mobile line. If anything reaches the system you will at least see the invite.

It sounds like your linux Guru may have inadvertently stopped the traffic from reaching the PBX since it worked before this took place.

You can also go to Network Settings and check under "Select Network Card Interface" and chose the other network interface - you might have the wrong one defined after the routing changes.

i have fixed that issue and can now make calls, but incoming goes straight to VM or rings out. alos the original problem of Yealink T29g phones not provisioning is still there. i am attaching screenshots, hopefully you can help.

I removed some screenshots that had sensitive information. Your link for downloading the config file needs to be different. it should be in this form to be sure you can download the provisioning file:

https://192.168.1.150:5001/provisioning/angjebfk/4017DA8E9CDE.cfg

(adjust the above accordingly to your IPs, MAC, provisioning URL)

If you get a browser error " Your connection is not private ", please ignore it this is normal under the circumstances, and click Advanced, then Proceed to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

If you successfully download the file then at least the provisioning server is reachable. Important: you should be on the same subnet at your phones when downloading this, to ensure you will use the same path to the serveras the phone would.
