Hello,
I have a startup account and I have the chat widget on my website but it's not showing the pad to put the numbers for the digital assistant when calling.

So before I continue and get an account with a sip trunk provider I need to make sure it will work.

Only has the option to hang up the call but no dial pad to input the commands on the digital assistant menu options. That's from my client's end (on my website).

Like press 1 for support. etc.
The client doesn't have access to press anything. Therefore the call is completely ineffective.

Thank you

You dont need a SIP trunk to enable calling for the website visitor. It goes directly to the queue you configured via WEBRTC. So you must make the destination the queue or extension or ring group, not the IVR
