No Option to Hang Up - Windows Softphone

When I make a call, the phone icon at the bottom stays green and does not give me an option to hang up the call. Any help to resolve this will be greaatly appreciated!

Can you advice the app and PBX version? Was this working before your update or is there perhaps a networking issue blocking some communication between the app and the pbx?
