No Phone Number Option in Information capture.

Is there any way to add a phone number in there? Some time we needed to call some of the clients but we couldn't because the live chat option didn't get any phone numbers.

Is this going to be addressed? Or at least give the option to have custom fields?
A lot of other chat systems have number as default.
Custom options would be epic too.
