Solved No ringtone while calling extension to extension

If I dial extension-to-extension I can see the incoming call on the screen "RINGING" para there is no ringtone on the phone. Any ideas.
Here is my configuration
3CX on the cloud v15
Phones Grandstream GXP1630

If the set is receiving an Invite, and I have to assume it is, as the display indicates ringing, then I would say it is something to do with the ringer option configuration on the set(s). Does the set have the latest firmware applied?

Using the volume button, when the set is idle, doesn't have any affect?

You were right, it was a firmware issue. I updated the handset to the latest firmware & problem solve. Thanks leejor.
