We have a site running V15 sp4 which uses a Patton gateway to connect to the ISDN2 lines, the phones all have a 192.168.xx.xx address and this all works fine.
We have setup a remote extension on another site that has its own LAN, this phone has a 10.174.xx.xx address, IT have created a tunnel to allow it to see the 3CX and we have registered the phone onto the 3CX.
Internal calls between the remote extension and the extensions on the 3CX site work correctly but when we try to make an external call from the remote extension although the call connects correctly there is no speech component in either direction on the call.
We can't understand what could be causing this as if it was a firewall issue surely there would be no speech on the internal calls either, there is no firewall between the 3CX and the Patton, and comparing the Activities Log message blocks from the local phones to the ones from the remote extension they look identical.
