No voice on Dialing internal Extensions

Hi Guys , Please assist when i dial internal Extensions there is no voice , but when i transfer incoming calls to extensions is working , the yealink phones are connected via Provisioning Method Direct SIP (STUN - remote)

To clarify, if:

1. Ext A calls Ext B, there is no audio. If Ext B transfers Ext A to Ext C, is there audio?
2. External call to Ext B, there is audio? Or Ext B transfers to Ext C and there is audio?

Thank for your reply Vasilis, internal calls , Ext A calls Ext B, there is no audio. If Ext B calls Ext A no audio

incoming call from outside number to Ext A is there audio Yes

Ext A transfer to Ext B is there audio Yes

Ext B calls Ext C or Ext A is there audio NO.

Yes Sir, Even if Ext A calls Ext B the is no audio

Have you enabled PBX delivers audio on all of the extensions involved?



To check open the Extension in the Management Console >> Extension >> Options >> Troubleshooting >> Check the PBX delivers audio box.

Yes i am anble PBX deliverys audio box to all extensions but still no voice

Have you had a look at our STUN phone troubleshooting guide? I highly suggest taking a look at it and ensuring each criteria is met, such as the server configuration steps.

What type of router are they behind, and how many extensions at the location?

Was this working at one time?

There are 4 Extensions at the location

Huawei LTE B535 Router 3 Pro

It has never worked on internal extension, I can only dial external numbers on all Extensions and working perfect good quality audio.

So this is a mobile router, and not an internet connection? That may have something to do with your issue.

You may want to consider trying an SBC at that location.
