Hello All,

I have 4SC license and this is the error" Device 10002@(Ln.10002@GSM-02) has reached max amount of calls"

That looks like the trunk is rejecting it. What is 10002?

What is its max calls set to?

Hello i didn't get it ? :

The trunk should have a setting for the max number of calls for that trunk.

So how can i get this setting ?

The Setting is below your SIP Trunk --> Options

However, you should set this to the amount of lines you have on the actual SIP Trunk (ask your Provider).

If it is a GSM Gateway, they typically have 1, 2, 4, or 6 SIM Cards, and then you need to set the SIM Calls accordingly.

Also, the default is 10. If you have only 1 SIM card for example, you will NOT be able to use more than 1 call on this gateway.
