Not connecting through 3cx iPhone App

I am having trouble connecting to 3cx from outside the network i.e. on the mobile using the app.
It was working fine for years, We just had NBN Fibre installed, however I unblocked all the ports from the ISP.

The phone just says connecting in the app

Any help?

Okay, I've worked out that its not updated the dynamic IP. Even though its using the Stun server

Any help?
