I am not receiving inbound calls from outside the PBX. I can make outbound calls and I can call other extensions via the PBX. Inbound calls to my DID give me 3 beeps then fail OR "the number you have dialed has been disconnected or is no longer in service"
Firewall checker passes all tests. Trunk (Flowroute) shows as registered.
I don't see anything in my activity log at all for incoming calls.
I contacted Flowroute and they said:
I followed the guide that he sent me (which requires registering the SIP as generic, but okay.
Anybody have any ideas?

I have located your call example. We are attempting to deliver this call to you however your PBX is rejecting it with a 407 proxy authentication challenge. In 3CX this is often caused by the PBX not recognizing the inbound number or looking at the wrong field for the number. We have an excellent 3CX guide on our support portal which I wrote. |
