Not receiving incoming calls - VMail (100)

Hi Guys , Please assist , i have been receiving calls all along , but now i am no longer receiving them phone on voicemail and i have not done any changes to the server.

To clarify, when you say 'i am no longer receiving them phone on voicemail', do you mean you're no longer receiving voicemail messages or that calls go straight to voicemail? Could you clarify?
