Not sure how to upgrade from 15.5 to 16

My licence is as below

3CX Version: 15.5
Licensing: Annual
Edition: Professional
Number of Calls: 4
Maintenance: 210 days remaining

How do I upgrade to version 16? I know this sounds daft but where do I download it from - in the 3cx interface their is no upgrade

If running windows version, just make sure os is supported - https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/

you need to be V15.5 SP6, do a complete backup and store it safe out of pbx.

V16 needs windows 10 if on a dedicated pc, so if OS is older , you need first to change OS to supported one.
Once done, DL V16 from 3CX here

install V16 and during install restore previous backup.
Done in max 15 minutes if no OS to change
