Notification e-mail recipients ?

v20 here.
Probably a dumb question but where does one define the recipient(s) for notification mail ?

By default in Version 20, the System Admins will receive this without any configuration.

Additionally, you can select the System Owners to receive this as well.

Finally, you can add additional emails as well. The notifications are under the Dashboard now.
