Notification of option selected.

If when setting up digit receptionist or auto attendant I would like the phone to display the option selected. eg. Caller rings in and press's option 4 for returns this goes through to Fred on ext 123 but he has not idea it a return call. Is it possible to display the option number & preferably some text eg Returns?

The calls from the IVR have to be a ring group or queue

Make the change under Contacts -> Options. Select the required option
