Notify Queue Manager when a Queue call is lost. The first 5 people receive mail. But the 6th person (1301 Revaha) does not receive mail.

Can you help with this?
Thank you.

Hi,

Check the extension 1301 and see if it has the correct email defined.

Send 1301 a welcome email to ensure the PBX can reach their mailbox.

I can send "Welcome mail" there is no problem. Not valid for 1301 only. If there is a 7th person, it does not go to approval. It only goes to the first 5 people.

You didn't answer if a working email is set in extension

For test if you cross email adress from extension 1301 and set it on first manager is it working fine ?

did you check the rights in extensions, are they the same ? are they in same group? in same role as user or admin?

OK almost this is not an email problem.

I know that too. I'm sorry but no one is knowledgeable in this forum?

It should not make any difference which position you are in if it can send the welcome email.

Perhaps consider deleting extension 1301, and then re-create it.

You can run a backup first if you wish.

This situation is not only related to this user .... It is the same no matter who is in the 6th place. It receives the first 5th mail. 6.Not in order.

do you have any limits from your smtp server that may be blocking the 6th email?

On a V16.0.5.612 with the 3CX SMTP I can confirm for you that 7 emails were all sent.

Are you using the 3CX SMTP?

Try an email distribution group.

No, I'm sure there is no such limitation. We send mail to many more people.

The same email address sends reports to 10 people.

Try an email distribution group.

If I try an email distribution group, they won't be a manager. Or the mail will go 2 times.
