Hi all, we had 3CX running on a Raspberry Pi for most of this year without fault but since support was dropped for this option we recently switched over to a NUC running Debian. The installation and backup/restore of settings for the Pi worked well and I could access the 3CX console no problem.
At first 3CX wouldn't register any calls in or out, so I performed a firewall test. The test passed (the same as when running on the Raspberry Pi) and then after that incoming and outgoing calls were working again. I powered down the NUC and moved it to its new location but upon booting we had the same problem again - no incoming or outgoing calls. Internal calls work OK. Again the firewall test resolved it.
I checked the NFTables before and after the firewall check and there's no change. The NUC has been given the same static IP as the previous Raspberry Pi had, so there shouldn't be any difference to the modem (a Draytek Vigor2865). All port forwarding is configured the same.
What would be the next thing to check here?
