We have a SIP trunk with HFO Telekom in Germany.
We can do 2 simultaneous calls outbound but unlimited inbound
and I've set the value for "Number of SIM Calls" to 2.

We use this trunk as a company hotline number and in our tests,
when two outbound calls are made, the next person calling inbound
gets a busy signal.

How can I configure this that 2 outbound calls are possible but unlimited inbound?
Should I set the value for "Number of SIM Calls" to 200?

Thanks for your help.

I would simply set the number to a higher value (the number of incoming calls you wish to receive). If your provider only allows two outgoing calls, and the PBX attempts a third, it should be blocked by the provider. You'd have to see what condition the caller reaches, i.e. a recording, or simply a tone to indicate that the call can not go through. Then make people aware of this.
