I want to enable Office 365 integration for just myself to receive updates to my contacts however when I enable it I see all the users on my O365 tenant except myself can anyone help please ?

Yes I can see all the others users on the tenant just not myself also it checks the integration is ok and it is reporting its ok

What are you not seeing? Yourself when pressing the "Add Users" button?

You want to only sync your private O365 in your extension?

Yes I dont see myself in the list when I press add users but all others.

I would like to add all the contacts in my O365 so my other users see my contacts if this is not possible then just me to see my contacts ?

What type of user are you? Do you have the “UserType” attribute set as “Member” in AD (Active Directory) to be synced?

is this in O365 or Azure as I dont use AD

Hi @hornetsoft

I'm not sure then that you will be able to achieve what you want if the requirements are not met.

These plans have limited or no integration capability with 3CX:

• Office 365 Plans that do not have user management, i.e. home plans.
• Plans that do not include Exchange cannot be used for Contact and Calendar Sync, i.e. Office 365 Business and Office 365 Pro Plus.
