Object Duplication Error

Getting this errror

When trying to add new gateway. Have just upgraded from 3.1 to "final" v.5

Can't seem to add new DIDs either with similar error

I hit this to. Just backup then restore the system file again.
It should be solved this issue.

This error only affect the CDR (call log). The call function should be works fine.
