Odd one transferring to BLF ...

When not on a call and you go to Teams , you can select BLF to show the BLF keys for this extension.

When on a call and pressing on transfer to transfer a call, you just get a list of extensions with no drop down to show BLF buttons and so cannot transfer to a BLF destination.,

I have tested on another phone and it works as intended both on android and IoS ...

Is this a setting within the app or something or can you advise where they are going wrong so I can advise them ?

Can you check please these two iPhones their iOS versions (device Settings/General/About/iOS Version), if they are the same or different, and let us know for which is the screenshot above, and device model?

The one with problems is - iOS version - 18.7.1, iPhone 12 model MGJ93B/A

Im suspecting something to do with this version maybe ?

Actually update on this , Ive now tried numerous IoS versions and it is the same issue.

1 - you take a call
2 - press transfer and select a type of transfer (doesn't matter which)
3 - this then just show a list of contacts as per the transferring calls picture above ....

I have seen other screenshots where when you press transfer and select the type of transfer it goes back to the keypad and you can select search to search a contact or select the back arrow at the top of the screen to then move to a screen where you can use a drop down to select BLF and transfer to a BLF button.

Is this something that has intentionally changed and if so are there plans to have this brought back. It still seems to be a feature on Android that works.

Oh, I see - unless I'm mistaken, that's the Conference button you're referring to, that one behaves as you describe.
