Hi,

I would like to integrate an Office 365 Company phonebook onto our 3CX. However, it is hosted on Office 365 Business. I can see you can do it, but it requires a Exchange server URL:

"The 3CX Company Directory Service connects the 3CX Phonebook with Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 SP1 and 2016 to import Exchange contacts to either the company or the personal phonebook. You can select a public directory or personal contacts to synchronise.

3CX connects to a Microsoft Exchange Server via an “Impersonated User Account” and imports all Exchange contacts. After this initial import, the connector syncs with the Exchange Server once per day at 4am to check for new contacts, updates to existing contacts and deleted contacts."

Can someone please let me know how to do it for Office 365? because there is a guide on how to create an Impersonated User Account for Office 365, but not the connector.

We currently use the Office 365 integration but we want it at a company level, not personal level.

Thanks

At the moment, you can only sync user's contacts with Office 365, which they would see on the Webclient (possibly the app also).

No shared ones.

It is however planned to add shared mailbox and maybe public folders in Update 6/7.

Hi Guys

Has there been an update to allow this? I see that this thread is from over 2 years ago.
