Old number in the voice file name

We recently changed the key number of the SIP trunk registered in the 3CX, however, the old number still appears in the names of the audio files of the recordings.

For example, we had the number xx xxx-xxx and migrated to yy yyy-yyy. We were able to make calls, receive and everything happens correctly in the new key number. However, when consulting an audio file, it still references the old number in the file name:
[My Name% 3Axxxxxx% 3AURAName] _559 [....].wav

The old number, which used to be the key number, became a DID.

I tried to restart the services and even the server (cache) but nothing worked.

Hi @mguarienti,

It is very likely what the provider is sending in the "From" on incoming calls. You could verify this from the Activity Log to see the From : Display Name to be sure.

Also look at the inbound rule "name".

Hey! Apparently everything is right with the 3CX. I contacted the SIP provider (ALGAR) and within 72 hours I will have an answer. It seems that the provider is sending "From" on incoming calls..
