on hold music, problems with updating

Hello,
I am currently running version 5.0.3752.0
I also use SPA 3000

Since I have update to version 5 I cann't get my on hold music to work. It is just dead air.

Also when I downloaded the new version of version 5 I was unable to register any of my lines or phones. So I reverted back to the old version would you have any suggestion on that.

Also how important is it to do the phone provisioning updates. Every sense trying to update to the new version and it not working I have been a little leary of do updates.

I have had the same problem before .

When I change version v5.0.3752 to v5.03790 ,and then it's working well.
