You can still use a cloud-based CRM even if the PBX is on-premise...Can anyone recommend an on-premise CRM I can use with on-premise 3CX system.
Thanks Fred for taking time to reply. Due to poor internet connectivity, my client insists on using an on-premise solution. You can still use a cloud-based CRM even if the PBX is on-premise...
Bitrix24 and VTiger are the only one I know that have a on-prem version. Thanks Fred for taking time to reply. Due to poor internet connectivity, my client insists on using an on-premise solution.
Thanks again. I will look up VTiger.Bitrix24 and VTiger are the only one I know that have a on-prem version.
But to be honest, unless they make a lot of calls, the Internet shouldn't be an issue since the integration only uses API endpoints, so not much data is sent and received.
The Webservice? Please note that using the community edition of Vtiger will not allow you to integrate it with 3CX. That edition only has a deprecated API which is not supported by 3CX.
Yes, correct, that API is not supported by the latest 3CX template. The Webservice?

We have the old (unsupported) template for the old VTiger API.
You will have to modify it a bit for the new EntityId/EntityType variables, but yes it would work. It uses the Webservice which is not supported by VTiger Cloud but is included in the on-prem version. Can it work on 3CX V18?
Are you selling the templet? I would like to test it on a demo system. You will have to modify it a bit for the new EntityId/EntityType variables, but yes it would work. It uses the Webservice which is not supported by VTiger Cloud but is included in the on-prem version.
No, I give it freely. It is also available in another thread about VTiger. Are you selling the templet? I would like to test it on a demo system.
Thanks a lot. You can share on [email protected]No, I give it freely. It is also available in another thread about VTiger.
As I said, you will just have to edit it to have it work on V18 but it is the original template that was in v16 before the update to REST API.
