Hi

Just set up a 3CX server which is in the cloud. I’m using directvoip as the sip provider when a call comes in as soon as a user answers the I’m unable to receive any further calls. When you ring the main number you get the message saying number is not available.

Any ideas or suggestions were I might be going wrong

Thank you

Perfect
That message is NOT from us. You will never hear a 3CX play that message.
That message is coming from your provider. Contact them and tell them to perform an investigation.

Make it a habit that when you have an unsupported provider issue (a provider which is not in the list) you can go ahead and contact them first before coming to 3CX. Because 99.9% the problem will be there. Expect basic issues of this type when you do not use a provider which is advertised within 3CX.

Tell them 3CX told you that if the call is not blocked by the provider, it has no reason to be blocked by 3CX especially when it is routed to an IVR. The block is coming before - hence the prompt is played by the provider not by 3CX.

No there no activity logged

Sounds like a message from your provider...

Do you even see a 3CX Activity Log, showing an incoming call attempt, on that second call?

She will not see anything because the provider does not send it through. It is playing a busy prompt from the repository of the provider's prompt set not that of 3CX (An easy trick to understand without looking at logs).

Thank You Guys for all the replies issues has been solved was down to the VoIP provider

Thanks
