In the category "don't know where to posgt this question so drop it here"... sorry if its the wrong place...
-----------------------------------------------
In total I have 4 PBX’s. 3 are cloud hosted via a 3cx partner, 1 is installed in a local VM in my office for test purposes. I sometimes remove first one (test PBX) and re-create it for test purposes (e.g. testing call flows or specific configurations). Only 2 of the 3 hosted PBX’s are visible in my 3CX portal (see screenshot). Why is the other one (PBX no. 4) not visible in my account?

It’s also not possible to create a new "3CX PRO 4SC" in my account.portal. It says "You exceeded the maximum number of free subscriptions for this installation type"
I don’t understand this as it was possible to create 2 “free” (demo/30 day) licenses. in first case the 1st license was the "free" license" i remove and re-create for test purposes, the second one was "in configuration" and last one was already a payed one and is up-and-running for a customer.
Recently i bought a license for the second one so now 2 are payed and 1 is "free" (and currently expired).
Why is it still not possible to create a new (free) license after i bought a license for no 2 as well? I want to configure a new demo for a customer where I usually use the 30 days trail to configure the PBX, demonstrate the features to the customer and let them experience the benefits of an PBX themselves.
