Good day,

How do you lower the onhold music that plays while someone is on hold. It appears to be too loud.

The only way I have to do what your talking about is to use audacity to lower the volume of the wav file, then upload the file back to the server.

Windows includes "Sound Recorder" which you can use to open "wav" files. This allows the file once open to have its volume lowered by 25% and then saved. If you need it even lower just do it again.

In windows XP & Server 2003 it is located at %SystemRoot%\system32\sndrec32.exe
