Only 2 sim calls

We are only able to have 2 sim calls on the free version of v15. Using didlogic with 4 channels enabled. I thought 8 sim calls were allowed on free version. Callers get licence exceeded message on 3rd call up. Any clues?

Perhaps it is eight internal, but only two external. Haven't yet tried it.

The FREE PBX Edition includes:
- An 8 Sim call license
- 5 free web conferencing participants
- 1 SIP Trunk

I am affraid your didlogic can't handle 8 calls over just one Trunk. You have to use a VoIP provider.

It does handle 4 channels per DDI number on trunk though. Confirmed by Didlogic. They advised as I have 3 DDI I could effectively have 12 sim calls. The message is coming from 3CX so maybe a bug.
