Operator Extension - Receive mutiple calls

I am using a Yealink T28 and have an opertor extension 100
I would like to be able to handle multiple incoming calls on the phone.
Receive call 1 place on hold
receive call 2 place on Hold

Toggle between calls.

At the moment a second call just overflows to the overflow ring group.

Any suggestions.

that is how a queue works. i would recommend setting up a ring group, there is also an option here to try.

Have you tried assigning the extension (100), to multiple keys on the set, then setting the extension option in 3CX to allow more than one call at a time.
