OSSBIZ and 3CX interconnection

Good Morning. I made an interconnection between an OSBIZ X8 Unify as a Generic Sip Provider. The 3cx is on the 192.168.10.254 network and 0 OSBIZ is on the 10.0.0.102 network, when I call from OSBIZ to 3CX I only have RTP from OSBIZ to 3CX, from 3CX to OSBIZ I don't have it. When I make a call from 3CX to OSBIZ the connection is in limbo. 3CX and OSBIZ are on the same Mikrotik firewall

Hi Marcos,

The call from 3CX is in limbo because the other side replies 407. This would imply at a basic level that the generic sip trunk you built on 3CX is not set with the correct AuthID and Password.

As for the one way audio, I did not see any SDP traffic at all between the two sides in this capture.

good afternoon. The SDP traffic does not have because the call has not been established. The capture was done in OSBiz. Can I make a capture of the 3CX and post it here?

Please do not post the capture here directly, it is not needed at this stage anyway.

Did you read the message above about the 407? The other system rejects 3CX because probably 3CX is not configured correctly to talk to the other system.

I think you should see why the other system replies 407 to 3CX first before anything else.
