Hello,
We moved over to v20 this morning and it works well, thank you for the advice we have received so far.
We had exported our phone book an on-prem CRM into a CSV. All the numbers are UK and in the format 01234 567890. We imported the CSV into 3CX and Inbound caller ID matching is working as are phone number lookups to the 3CX address book.
We do not see the called party ID, which shows in the Call log as 44 1234 567890. I get this is due to us removing the leading 0 and adding 44 to the number we call on the outbound rules. Is there a way for the call logs to identify / match the 44 numbers?
Thank you in advance for any useful info you can supply.
