Outbound caller id - format problem

Hi,

i have following question/problem:

My VoIP provider needs the outbound caller id of the extension in following format:

<sip:[email protected]:5060>

01299999 is the phone number
101 is the extension.

At the moment he gets:
"012999999101" <sip:[email protected]:5060>

and so only the main number without extension is shown on outside calls.

012999999101 is the value of the outbound caller id in the extension.

Which parameters must be or in which format must i set the outbound caller id so that also the extension 101 is transfered in the correct format.

Called party should see 012999999101 on display.
