I have a SIP trunk that houses 15 numbers for a particular customer. Of these 15 numbers, 7 of them have different area codes and they all route to the same PBX at the same location. My question is, is it possible to have the outbound caller ID display that regions area code when calling them back? Example: Someone with area code "337" calls in and leaves a voicemail. When we call back, it shows my default outbound caller ID area code of "225". Is it possible to have 3CX "spoofed" to where we it knows that I am dialing to a "337" area code and therefore display an outbound DID with a "337" area code? I know I can set it up per extension, but each extension needs to be allowed to dial all 7 different area codes

No easy way to do this natively in 3CX. Closest thing you can do is setup multiple trunks and set the outbound caller-id on them. Then use outbound routing to send calls to that area code out via the respective trunk. Otherwise you'd need something like the CID add-on made by @voiptoys
