Outbound Caller ID

I am having a little problem in sending the outbound caller id when doing external calls.

I am using the following version v10.0.20401.1947 SP.2 as a freeware for testing.

I have set the Outbound Caller ID in Extension Status\Other to be the full number. Any other setting that i should be looking at.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check the outbound parameters settings for the provider - use ID sent for From: user part and Contact:

What type of service are you using for your outbound calls? Changing outbound caller ID will only work on VoIP trunks AND only if your provider allows (supports) it.
