Hi
I have a VoIP number (SIP trunk) without any hardware equipment like getaways.
I've installed a 3CX PBX server in win server 2019 and use 3cx softphone on Android.
All incoming calls from internal or external are ok I can make a call to extensions but I can't make a call to external numbers like mobile or other numbers...

please check the log files in the attachments.

[Line:10000>>0911177***] is terminated: Cause: 403 Forbidden/INVITE from 185.98.113.220:5060

I'm going to assume that 185.98.113.220 is that of your provider, so the log indicates that the call is being sent to them. For some reason, they are rejecting it.

It may be the number format, or type of call you are sending. It might be the caller ID you are attempting to send. It might be one of your trunk settings.

Rather than wasting time making make guesses, contact them, to find out what it is, that they do not like.

Hi
Yes, 185.98.113.220 is my provider
I contacted them but they can't fix my problem. they said everything is good...
so I made a thread to fix that.
I get incoming calls and my sip trunk is ok.
I have simple outbound rules without any prefix or suffix

Is it a 3CX supported provider?

Well, everything is obviously not good as you are unable to call out.

They are not going to fix your problem, that is going to be up to you, but, because they are rejecting it, they should be able to tell you why that is, so you have an idea of what to change, at your end. You will have to speak to, or have the issue passed onto, someone that is able to look at the incoming call, and diagnose.

" Here is the number I am sending you, why are you sending me a 403 Forbidden, what do I need to change?"

They don't really have to be familiar with 3CX, just with how SIP works.
