Outbound calls issue using Messagent VOIP

Hello,

it is the first time I use 3CX System.
I can receive calls to my Messagent VOIP number but I can't make outbound calls to external PSTN number.

I receive the following error log:


28-mar-2016 16:01:46.750 Call to T:Line:10000>>9026185596@[Dev:sip:[email protected]:5060] from L:32.1[Extn] failed, cause: Cause: 403 No Route To Destination/INVITE from 212.97.59.76:5061
28-mar-2016 16:01:46.745 [CM503003]: Call(C:32): Call to <sip:[email protected]:5060> has failed; Cause: 403 No Route To Destination/INVITE from 212.97.59.76:5061

My first guess is that there is something wrong in your outbound rules, hat you are sending incorrect digits.

Hello Leejor,

thank you for your suggestion. I solver the issue following your examples for local calls.
I have still an issue to mobile phone.
Here in Italy we have to dial the international call also to call local mobile phone. But we use to dial + instead of 00 to as international code.
For example to call a mobile in Italy we dial: +39 3486550***

Now, if I dial 0039 3486550***
But I can't create a rule for +39 3486550***

Any suggestion?
