Outbound calls not working

I am trying to set up pbx with nextiva service, and got the inbound extensions working.
When I am trying to call it gives me forbidden message on my spa 504g and when I call it tells me subscriber is not available.
I set everything with generic sip template.. and searched for hours with no luck.
Heres the log for one of the call I tried to make.

I need help fixing this since we need this phone working asap.. atleast receiving calls for my business.
What seems to be missing?
Please tell me if more information is needed.

Is 672424316 a valid number that they would expect to receive from you? If not, they you may wish to review your outbound rules.
