Outbound Calls Sending By to Registrar instead of Proxy

Anyone else having recent issues with the phone system sending the BYE to the Registrar instead of Proxy when using both fields? The issue is fairly new and affects almost all servers using this configuration. When using just the registrar/host field, everything is fine.
I have already sent support info but I'm curious if it's happening to others.

These systems are also reporting a lot of dropped outbound calls. After reading through the forums I believe theses issues may be tied with the last update.
